What is anxiety?

Anxiety is a completely normal emotion that everyone feels from time to time. 

And it’s actually a really great one to have! It saved your cavemen ancestors from saber-toothed tigers, got you to work on time and made sure you nailed your presentation.

We're a team of therapists and mental health experts who aim to make mental health care more accessible and affordable for everyone who needs it. Why? Because we know how mental health disorders feel, how debilitating they can become, and how frustrating it can be to find help.


We're looking for beta test participants to help us refine our tools and coaching programs. Everything here is evidence-based, designed to fit all schedules, and free. Free because, we want as many people as possible to provide feedback so we can make buddy better. And any feedback you provide is anonymous.

We hope these tools are helpful for you, but they aren't intended to replace or modify the medical advice of a doctor or health care provider.
